Heidi the Co-Founder, CEO and Chair of the Board of RadiantESG Global Investors, culminating 30 years of leadership in asset management roles that encompass investments, product development, institutional and intermediary business development and marketing.
Prior to establishing RadiantESG Heidi spent 18 years at AXA Investment Managers, rising to Global Chief Executive of Rosenberg Equities, and serving on the AXA Rosenberg Group and AXA IM Management Boards. Under her direction, Rosenberg Equities substantially added to its reputation by becoming the first ESG-integrated quantitative equity investor to be focused on the intersection of ESG insights and advanced factor solutions. Prior to joining Rosenberg, she was an Executive vice President and Head of Product and Marketing at Wells Fargo Funds Management and a Managing Director at Montgomery Asset Management.
Heidi earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program, and is a CFA Charterholder. She is a member of the Advisory Council for the Center for Equity Gender and Leadership at the UC Berkeley HAAS School of Business, an Advisory Board member for DiversityQ, a member of the Stewardship Council for the ACT Standard of Corporate Culture created by City Hive UK, and a champion of ESG investing and a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, expanding the dialogue through speaking engagements worldwide.
When she isn’t changing the future of asset management, Heidi enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and four boys. Outside of work, she is inclined to conjure up even greater levels of energy by skiing, and enjoying the mountains of Lake Tahoe. She is an active and passionate proponent of promoting financial literacy and mentoring young women in finance and technology.

Kathryn is Co-Founder and Head of Investments and Sustainability, and a member of RadiantESG Global Investors’ Board, crystallizing a personal commitment to ESG investing that began over 30 years ago with letter writing campaigns that targeted companies engaged in environmental destruction, ocean pollution, & animal welfare.
Prior to establishing RadiantESG, Kathryn was a 20 year veteran and Head of Sustainable Investing at Rosenberg Equities, leading the firm’s ESG and impact research effort with a heavy focus on investment modeling, data vetting, thematic research, and externally oriented thought leadership. Previously, Kathryn held several other investment and research-focused positions including Head of Investments for Australia/New Zealand.
Throughout her career Kathryn has demonstrated her strong belief that capital markets must drive changes beneficial to both investors and society at large.
Kathryn holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Willamette University and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. She is the founder of Aquanos Collective, a company dedicated to the exploration of innovation in water infrastructure and technology, a board member of the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA), a member of the Bretton Woods Committee, and a member of the Stewardship Council for the ACT Standard of Corporate Culture created by City Hive UK.
Outside of the day to day, Kathryn can typically be found horseback riding, or exploring California’s East Bay Hills with her husband and dog. She is an avid reader, an active supporter of several charitable causes, and a collector of indigenous art from Australia and the American West.
Mauricio is a Partner and Head of Data and Technology at RadiantESG Global Investors, continuing to build on a stellar reputation for data, research and technical excellence across the investment management process.
Mauricio is a specialist in the curation, integrity, and maintenance of data to optimize analytics and drive more informed investment decisions. Prior to joining RadiantESG, he spent more than 20 years at AXA IM Rosenberg Equities, most recently as their principal Data Architect, leading the strategy for data storage, visualization and interpretation systems. During this time he was Chair of Rosenberg’s Architecture Board, guiding and monitoring adherence to global software and data standards.
Mauricio holds undergraduate degrees in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Fellow of the Consortium for Graduate Study in Management at The Walter Haas School of Business, and a CFA Charterholder.
Outside of work Mauricio enjoys bike riding, travel, music and defying gravity with the help of a unicycle. For the last 20 years he has been building and exhibiting large-scale art installations in a variety of locations across the western United States.
Jennie is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of RadiantESG Global Investors, with overall strategic responsibility for operations, product management, performance management, client reporting, and oversight of the firm’s service providers.
Jennie can point to more than 30 years of significant achievement at large asset management firms. She was most recently Head of Operations at AXA Investment Managers, supporting Rosenberg Equities’ $20B in equity investments for separately managed accounts and pooled funds, and overseeing all outsourced post-trade functions and third-party vendor relationships. Prior to that, Jennie was Head of Investment Operations and Commingled Fund Services at RCM (now Allianz Global Investors) managing the team responsible for supporting $35 billion in assets under management and 700 separately managed accounts.
Jennie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
Beyond the day-to-day, Jennie is both a family and golf enthusiast. She also enjoys reading, preferably at the beach. All of these things are ideally combined in her favorite vacation spot, Hawaii.
Harry Prabandham is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer of RadiantESG Global Investors, marking over 25 years of leadership and hands on experience in Quantitative Finance, M&A and Software Engineering.
He is an M&A Business Leader and Software Architect with a strong reputation for executing complex projects and driving innovation in the implementation of equity investment models and the use of statistical learning techniques for data analysis.
Prior to joining joined RadiantESG, Harry was at AXA IM Rosenberg Equities for 14 years, most recently as Head of Multi-factor and Alpha strategies culminating from his prior role as Deputy Chief Investment Officer with accountability for long-only and long-short global equity investment strategies across the cap spectrum.
Harry has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Masters in Computer Science from the Indian Statistical Institute. He graduated from Bangalore University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Harry is the proud holder of 7 patents and has co-authored a book on Java Programming
When he is not diligently following markets and managing complexity, Harry can occasionally be found hiking or catching up on his reading.
Kevin is a Partner and the Senior Portfolio Manager at RadiantESG Global Investors, opening the next chapter in a successful history of devising and implementing investment strategies and processes to match client goals and constraints.
Kevin spent 17 years at AXA IM Rosenberg Equities, most recently as their Principal Researcher for Multi-Factor and Active Strategies, overseeing alpha models and investment research across the cap spectrum. He was previously Portfolio Manager and Strategy Engineer, responsible for implementing and managing North America and global small- and mid-cap portfolios, as well as conducting quantitative construction research for long-only, long-short, enhanced index, and smart beta strategies.
Kevin is a CFA Charterholder with an undergraduate degree in Atmospheric Sciences from the National Taiwan University, a Master of Science in Statistics from Stanford University, and a Master of Financial Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
When he is not monitoring non-modelled market anomalies, Kevin likes to travel and has an active interest in studying and promoting the Theravada school of Buddhism.
Donald is Chief Compliance Officer at STP Investment Services as well as Acting Chief Compliance Officer for RadiantESG Global Investors.
Donald joined STP in late 2019 to lead the formation of their affiliated investment advisor, STP Investment Partners, and the design and build-out of their operations and compliance platform for investment managers. He brings more than 25 years’ experience overseeing operations and compliance functions for a variety of institutional asset management companies. Donald’s expertise spans mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, and venture funds, as well as separate accounts. In addition to his Chief Compliance Role, he manages front office solutions for STP clients, including oversight of PennHaven Brokerage Partners, an adaptive, institutional trading solution for asset managers.
Donald has extensive experience in overseeing mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, and venture funds, as well as separate accounts. In addition to his Chief Compliance Role, he supports product development and manages front office solutions for STP clients.
Donald is an Economics graduate from Pennsylvania State University and earned a Master’s degree in Finance from Villanova University. He holds FINRA licenses, Series 7, 24, 63 and 79.
Donald grew up in West Chester, PA but now resides in nearby Bucks County with his wife and two daughters, and is active in coaching and supporting their respective teams. When time allows, Donald enjoys the outdoor life, by which we mean a round of golf, sitting on a beach, or skiing down a mountain.
Erin is a member of RadiantESG Global Investors’ board, with special oversight of the strategic relationship with minority stakeholder HSBC Asset Management as their Head of Sustainability, based in London.
Erin is responsible for the delivery of HSBC Asset Management’s sustainability business and product strategy, and facilitating a sustainability focus across all parts of their business. She joined HSBC in 2010 and has worked in a number of roles, including Interim Head of Institutional Client Business, Global Head of Fixed Income Product and EMEA Head of Product Development. She has also led strategic initiatives including the development of the UK Master Trust business and HSBC Asset Management’s company-wide Responsible Investment program.
As part of her more than 25 years of portfolio and business management experience, Erin has previously held senior positions at Wells Fargo Asset Management, Aegon Asset Management, Lehman Brothers and Neuberger Berman.
Erin holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College in North Carolina. She is a CFA Charterholder and past-President of the North Carolina Society of Financial Analysts.
Being currently domiciled in the UK, Erin confesses to a certain fondness for walking through the countryside. With England’s hard-earned reputation for reliable weather, she fortunately also has a keen interest in the popular indoor pursuits of music and books. Erin has a passion for understanding global climate change and how private sector finance can drive the transition to a more sustainable future.
Mike is an independent member of RadiantESG Global Investors’ Board, marking the latest landmark in a highly successful and near 40-year career in Asset Management.
Mike’s resume points to his exceptional sector experience and includes an impressive and highly varied list of senior assignments. From 1997 he held several positions over a 10-year spell at Citigroup Asset Management, culminating in the role of co-Head of the business Global CIO as well as CIO of the Citigroup Private Bank. When Citigroup Asset Management was sold to Legg Mason in late 2005, Mike oversaw the transition by taking charge of Legg Mason’s asset management affiliates. In 2007 he was appointed CEO of Numeric Investors in Boston.
Numeric was sold to Man Group in 2015 and Mike stayed on until 2018, when he began to pursue a variety of interests, accumulating extensive advisory responsibility in the areas of FinTech and ESG/Impact Investing.
Today Mike lends his breadth and depth of experience in asset management to guide companies like Geode Capital Management, LLC / Geode Capital Management Trust Company, LLC and Osmosis Asset Management as a Board member. Mike serves as an Investment Committee member for Whitehead Institute, the Massachusetts Public Retirement System (PRIM), and the Trustees of the Reservation. He is also an Advisor for CircleUp; an Advisory Committee Member for KingsCrowd; an Advisory Board Member for Lumint Corporation; and a Director of Investment Research and Strategy for FaithInvest, which is an ESG/Impact related not-for-profit that he helped found. If that’s not quite enough, Mike is also on the advisory committee for the Sustainability Effort at Sloan/MIT.
He has a BS in Operations Research and a BA in Economics from Cornell University, an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.
When time allows, Mike has admitted to an impressive degree of engagement in a number of quite exhausting outdoor pursuits that includes riding bicycles up mountains and across snowfields, equestrian eventing, and cross country and downhill skiing.
Marx has been an invaluable mentor to RadiantESG’s co-founders. He joins RadiantESG’s Advisory Council as reflection of a professional career devoted to expanding business opportunities for minorities, women, and start-up companies.
Among his many accomplishments, Marx is best known for his entrepreneurial pursuits. He co-founded Progress Investment Management Company with Ed Callan, creating a San Francisco based firm that provided many minority– and women–owned investment managers their first opportunity to manage institutional assets. From inception to the time of its sale in 1998, Progress Investment Management had funded more than 125 emerging firms, reaching $10 billion in assets under management for some of the world’s largest public and corporate pension funds.
Marx is also known as the developer and manager of the first New York Stock Exchange member firm to be located in a Black community in the Western United States. Prior to getting involved in finance, Marx was appointed by President Carter to serve as Regional Administrator of the Small Business Administration (SBA), and he also has served as Director of Business Development for the State of California and as a Principal Consultant to the State Assembly Office of Research.
He currently serves on the advisory board of Nile Capital Group, a Los Angeles based private equity firm that provides capital and strategic expertise to diverse, boutique, and emerging asset managers. He was a former board member of the Pauline Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Business, where he continues to lecture as an entrepreneur in residence. He is also a mentor to the UCLA Football program.
Marx has given back to his community as a volunteer at San Quentin Prison and Marin County Jail, and is currently a peer support counselor for prostate cancer at University of California San Francisco Medical Center. He has received many awards including Distinguished Alumnus Award from California State University at Los Angeles and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Human Dignity Award from the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles. He has also been recognized for his many contributions to the investment community with the 8th Annual NY NASP Foundation Wall Street Hall of Fame Award and the NASP Travers Bell Award. In November 2013, he was inducted into the Hall of Fame for the National Association of Investment Companies, an association representing the interests of minority-owned investment firms.
Marx received his B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles, and completed Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Executive Program for Smaller Companies.
In his free time, he enjoys family and a commitment to health and fitness. He has competed in many running events, as marathoner, sprinter, and Olympic-distance triathlete.

Kellie has a renowned and highly merited reputation for provocative thought-leadership and taking bold steps to challenge and support corporate executives, organizations, and students to address some of society’s biggest challenges and win in the marketplace.
Her notable achievements include being the Founder and Director of the “Center for Equity, Gender and Leadership”, which has as its mission developing leaders who understand the value of different lived experiences and the importance of using their power to address barriers and drive change for positive impact. She teaches and consults on this powerful construct of “equity fluency” across the U.S., Europe, and Middle East, with clients that include Ernst & Young, Google, Levi Strauss & Co, NVIDIA, Gap, The Women’s Initiative Foundation (France), VimpelCom (Netherlands), KAUST (Saudi Arabia), Nokia (Finland), and Ulster Bank (Ireland).
A highly regarded orator and mentor, Kellie has been the featured speaker at events such as TED, Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Milliken Institute, Network of Executive Women, Financial Professionals Association, and multiple corporate CEO Summits.
She serves on the Board of Directors for Sierra Europe Offshore, LTD., Athleta-Ed, as well as the Gender Equity Diversity Subcommittee of the University of California Athletics Board. Kellie authored the book entitled Just Good Business: The Strategic Guide to Aligning Corporate Responsibility and Brand and was named one of the Bay Area’s Most Influential Women in 2019 by the San Francisco Business Times. She is also on the faculty at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Kellie earned her B.A. from the University of North Carolina, her M.A. from Ohio University, and her Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. She lives in Oakland, California and is the proud of her two daughters who are independent and committed to making the world a better place.
When she is not advising and inspiring, Kellie lives for Peloton, truly a match made over the pandemic. She has a particular appetite for novels, movies, music, and social media contributions which come from identity groups different from her own, finding greater enjoyment and enlightenment in these sources than from reading hundreds of academic books and articles.
Denise is a member of RadiantESG’s Advisory Council and a seasoned leader with more than seventeen years of cross-sectoral experience with global blue-chip corporations, optimizing operational and financial efficiency, and implementing transformation programs.
Denise began her career at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Bank in Paris before joining AXA Investment Managers where she held various senior positions, including Chief Operating Officer for Rosenberg Equities, the quantitative equity investment platform.
As a feature of her career, Denise has had the opportunity to lead and collaborate with large, diverse, high performing teams, in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa. As a recent example she was responsible for several strategic projects at PPC Barnet in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
This is a key career theme; since completing her MSc in African Development at the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2018, Denise has been utilizing her extensive private sector experience and commitment to international development to build capacity and resilience on the African continent. She is the Co-Founder and Director of Africa Ahead Ltd, a catalyst for investment capital into high growth SMEs and a partner to public and private organizations, development agencies and non-for-profit institutions on strategic projects delivering socio-economic transformation on the African continent.
Denise is a strong advocate of cross-sectoral and cross-regional dialogue around key economic and societal issues, to foster good corporate governance, environmental sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and build a resilient ecosystem across the global value-chain.
Denise holds a Master of Science in African Development from the London School of Economics, an MBA from the European School of Economics in London, and a Law Degree from the University Pantheon-Assas in Paris.
She is a mentor to women entrepreneurs in West and Central Africa and a volunteer at not-for-profit organizations such as Education and Employers or the Diversity Project in the United Kingdom. When all of that isn’t going on, Denise is also passionate about architecture and interior design.
Anya joins the RadiantESG Advisory Council, bringing with her an intensive and highly impressive career to date in asset management, investment banking and consulting, and a passion for biodiversity and natural capital related initiatives.
Anya began her career in investment banking, working at Goldman Sachs in their London based Equity Capital Markets & Corporate Broking division, raising equity for, and advising FTSE 100 / 250 companies, as well as playing a central role in a variety of high-profile IPO’s and ABO’s. A move to Australia followed, with the opportunity to oversee client relationships and facilitate multiple capital raises and M&A transactions as Vice President for Macquarie Capital.
Anya returned to London in 2020 in a consultancy capacity, managing the impact of venture capital in social enterprises, and advising several large corporations and public bodies on their decarbonization transition and achieving net-zero emissions. Most recently she is a founding member of Climate Asset Management, a joint venture between HSBC Asset Management and Pollination Group that looks to direct institutional investment into natural capital.
Anya holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bristol University, and a Master of Public Administration, specialising in Environmental Policy and Social Impact from the London School of Economics.
Outside of work, she volunteers and raises funds for several social impact charities and is a vinyasa yoga teacher and founder of Aum Yoga in London.
